| Welcome to ACAP On-Line. This site was created as part of the Army Career and
Alumni Program (ACAP) to help
eligible members of the Army and their families
successfully transition from federal service. ACAP Centers are located on most
major Army installations. These offices are staffed with experienced transition
and employment assistance counselors who can provide personalized counseling and
assistance. You can start your ACAP journey online by going
to https://www.acapexpress.army.mil or
by contacting your local ACAP Center. To locate your nearest ACAP Center,
click ACAP Centers at the left of your screen. Additionally, this website
contains a wide range of tools and services to help you succeed.

- ACAP EXPRESS, THE ARMY'S NEWEST INITIATIVE: ACAP Express is the fastest way to start your journey to transition and job assistance success. The new website gives Soldiers the ability to go online at any time, from any location, to register and receive ACAP services. By using their AKO login to access ACAP Express, Soldiers can schedule attendance at transition and job assistance events offered by their ACAP Center. ACAP Express also enables Soldiers to use automated resume and cover letter writers online. For more information see ACAP Express FAQ.

Non-Commissioned Officer Enhanced Workforce in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (NEW-STEM):
NEW-STEM provides an opportunity for separating or retiring NCOs (E5-E9) to turn the technical skills they learned on active duty into an engineering degree and a high-demand career in the Huntsville, Alabama, area.
