Welcome to ACAP On-Line. This site was created as part of the Army Career and Alumni Program (ACAP) to help Army retirees and their families succeed following their retirement from federal service. Now that you are on the Army retired rolls, we hope you will find the ACAP Center beneficial to your employment needs. As a retiree, you and your family are eligible for ACAP services for life on a space available basis. You can reconnect with ACAP online by going to https://www.acapexpress.army.mil or by contacting your local ACAP Center. To locate your nearest ACAP Center, click ACAP Centers at the left of your screen. Additionally, this website contains a wide range of tools and services to help you succeed.

  • ACAP EXPRESS, THE ARMY'S NEWEST INITIATIVE: ACAP Express gives retirees the ability to go online at any time, from any location, to register and receive ACAP services. By using their AKO login to access ACAP Express, retirees can schedule attendance at job assistance events offered by their ACAP Center.
