Welcome to ACAP On-Line. This site was created as part of the Army Career and Alumni Program (ACAP) to help you the eligible Army Family Member. Whether your spouse is transitioning after a first term of enlistment, retiring after a full career in the Army or has already retired, you'll find something of value on this website. Spouses of DA civilians who are retiring or subject to RIF or BRAC will benefit from the detailed information they'll find, as well. As the spouse of a separating Soldier, you can learn about preseparation counseling and the services and benefits your spouse has earned while on active duty at Transition Assistance. More detailed information focused toward spouses of retiring Soldiers is available at Retiring Soldier. After your spouse retires, ACAP still is available to you. Select Adjusting to Life as a Retiree to learn more. Each of the menu selections found at the left of your screen links you to your spouse's transition, retirement or retiree page. You can also access these pages, or the Army Civilian page, from the ACAP On-Line Home Page.

One of the benefits ACAP provides is job assistance. If the next stage of your life will involve a job, select Job Assistance from the menu and take advantage of the comprehensive job search tutorials and useful links. ACAP On-Line supports your research and job search, too, with Links, Jobs and Job Fairs. If you prefer, you can receive personal assistance from an ACAP Center. You can register for ACAP services online at https://www.acapexpress.army.mil or by contacting your local ACAP Center. To locate your nearest ACAP Center, click ACAP Centers at the left of your screen.

ACAP EXPRESS, THE ARMY'S NEWEST INITIATIVE: ACAP Express gives eligible family members the ability to go online at any time, from any location, to register and receive ACAP services. By using their AKO login to access ACAP Express, family members can schedule attendance at job assistance events offered by their ACAP Center. U.S. Army Wounded Warrior Program: Severely wounded Soldiers who want a chance to work can, along with their family members, use this Army web site to connect with corporate and government employers who are actively recruiting them.

Non-Commissioned Officer Enhanced Workforce in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (NEW-STEM): NEW-STEM provides an opportunity for separating or retiring NCOs (E5-E9) to turn the technical skills they learned on active duty into an engineering degree and a high-demand career in the Huntsville, Alabama, area.
